“Amazing roof top terrace and service Upon arrival they asked if we needed bus shuttle service from near train station. This was very welcomed but I lacked some information on where the bus leaves from. We managade to find another option however. The hotel is amazing!”

“Relativt nytt och högt standard i staden. Personal är mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Frukost smakar inte så gott, Rum är tyst och rent. ”

“Ok”

“Very nice and helpful staff! The hotel picked us up at train station and provided great help in booking taxi trips in the following days. Would definitely stay here again next time when we visit Hualien.”

“Honestly for the price (paid about 30euro for one night, double beds) it’s one of the best I’ve been at. Room is nothing special but it’s clean and fresh. Bed was good for sleeping in. And they had a bunch of complimentary snacks in the lobby. The location was also convenient, close to the train station and different stores. I would stay again. ”

“This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely beautiful rooms. We loved the view over the water. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is central and excellent for exploring downtown Hualien. Amenities are hit and miss. Weirdly, there’s no laundry service, for example, even though there was a laundry bag in the closet. It took multiple conversations with staff and two trips to the lobby to figure out that laundry service isn’t available (and with the hot and humid climate...

“Decent location. The hotel is no more than 3 stars and that's being generous, more like 2.5 stars. It provides the basic necessities. Facility is in need of a renovation. Guest rooms still require physical keys and not key cards. Rooms are relatively clean and beds are decent. A/C works well. Some bath towels are worn/thin and need to be replaced. We stayed for 2 nights. They provide guests with free bikes to use, first come first serve.”

“Tolles Hotel! Gute, zentrale Lage, ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer und zum Night Market, und der Bus zur Taroko Schlucht fährt auch gleich um die Ecke. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Riesiges vegetarisches Frühstücksbuffet (das beste, das wir auf der Reise durch Taiwan hatten).”

“Simple but good stay. No amenities such as toothbrush or tooth paste provided. Breakfast option was ok but not a huge selection. Works well for "Just sleep" indeed.”

“Excellent hotel, with a nice room and view. Kind staff and there was a free parking connected to the hotel. Also breakfast was great! We stayed just days before the earthquake so just hope everything is safe with the staf and the hotel. ”

“Staff were very friendly and professional. Environment was quite nice. Breakfast has many variations , might be one of the best breakfast. Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband. Overall it was a nice stay for my family.”

“Mycket bra hotell”

“環境很好，床很大，三人房很好睡。 清潔度要特別加強。 第一天入住 就發現 桌上還留有前客戶的 心臟藥物。 第二天晚上入睡前 發現 房間有壁虎 在地毯上爬行。 早餐部分 比幾年前 差很多。 對素食者 可食用的菜色太少。”
