“Ok for a budget motel.”

“Great experience. And yes it's haunted”

“Boutique = old.”

“Room was quite comfortable, useful furniture (desk and lamp, good tv with remote, comfortable king bed. Generally looked very well-maintained, with none of the cracks and flaws I've often seen elsewhere. Staff was very professional and helpful. For example, I needed to leave at 4 a.m. to catch a plane and the night person took me over right on time. “Ok stay, ok pool area, the breakfast was not good, nothing fresh, only suger and water coffee.”

“Older motel but looks renovated. Clean! Enjoyed the heated pool and fitness room. Small fitness room but enough for our needs. Parking is tight and in the mornings there is no one at the desk. There is a computer screen and someone remotely videos with you. Needs to be a live person at the front desk!”

“No staff - just AI and WiFI didn’t work to retrieve door codes and no cell signal available.”

“It was how you would consider a historic hotel to be. It was charming, but old. The plumbing didn't drain that well and there was some road noise from traffic on the street, but it was clean, super cute and walkable to everything in the downtown area. There was no hotel parking, but they give you a pass for street parking and we never had an issue finding parking close by. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the Arcata area.”
