“Whoever cleans the rooms needs to be fired. They left a giant human hairball and swept it under the bed and on the side of the bed with dirt all over the floor and in the shower. Only half the towels were clean. Bugs in the room I had to kill. I’ve never felt so disgusted in a hotel before. Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed and I travel for work all over the U.S”

“Had to wait 40 minutes after check in for a room and when we got in it it smelled like dirty people and cigarettes, it was so bad. I broke out in hives and had to use my inhaler the smoke smell was so bad. The bedding had a burn hole in it. It seemed clean but smelled dirty. The outside is not nice at all.”

“We stayed at this hotel enroute to Seattle. It was convenient, clean and quiet—exactly what we needed after an 11-hour drive from Phoenix.”

“The room was clean. However the wall paper was peeling and stained, the bed/mattress was very old and the metal rim was worn through at the edges of the mattress making a hard ridge to sit against. The sheets were very worn and wrinkled and the blanket was thin. The pillows were small and worn out. The curtain was threadbare. Furniture was worn out and outdated. The chain lock on the door was broken off. Our expectations were much higher for $165.00 a night. We could not get a refund because...

Floor was so dirty that socks and feet was black after 10 min. We did use towels under our feet so we didnt got dirty after shower. This place needs a total makeover. You get what you pay for.”

“Directions to the property were inaccurate. Refrigerator was half filled with open condiments (some expired) and partially eaten food. Used soap (with black curly hair on it) was in the soap dish. Wifi would allow texting but connection to the internet was intermittent. Three occupied trailers were right next to the property. Additional door to the bathroom is an exterior door that leads directly to those trailers. Bugs on the bedding. Single small window air conditioner was inadequate to cool...
