“This property was perfect for the two weeks I stayed in State College. It's about a 10 minute drive from the PSU campus and places to shop for groceries and supplies. The rental itself is spacious and quiet with a full kitchen and laundry room. I worked from there for a couple of days and the Wifi was excellent. It would be best for a couple, although there is room for 1-2 other people (in that case it would be more like a hotel room that sleeps 4 since it's all one open space, but much bigger...
