“Bathroom was not the cleanest, in fact the only place I was barefoot was the tub and I ended up with athletes foot. The tub had a spiderweb in the bottom with a huge black spider and the drapes had worn holes in them which you could see daylight through. Our stay was for 2 nights and they didn't clean our room after our first night or restock our soaps or coffee.”

“Fantastic, nostalgic motel style property just a hop, skip, or jump from the beach and beautiful sunset views. Recently remodeled, with a very slick retro look & feel. Super clean, very responsive staff, simple self check-in/out process - all with a very reasonable rate. Can't speak highly enough. For those like me who dont want to pay for a bunch of extras I never want, need, or use, this place is for you.”

“Cabin was clean, but beds weren’t so great. Mattresses were pretty hard. Also, a small table, or even a chair would have nice to put things on. All that was in the room was one small nightstand for only one of the two beds. Be aware that Hotels.com makes it look like you are booking an actual motel room, with an 11am checkout, however we were given a cabin, with instructions that cabin check was 10am. Didn’t think that was too cool ”

“The biggest issue is unresponsive staff. Very hard to get service. No coffee or milk at breakfast, but they had cold cereal. Receptionist had to run to the store for milk at 8:00 am, and we were the only guests at the hotel. ”

“The location of this place was the only reason I gave 3 stars. We booked this place as the listing stated it slept 8-10 comfortably. We had a party of 8. 2 families of 4. The listing stated it had 3 bedrooms with a king bed in one room, 2 twin beds in another, and 2 queen beds in the 3rd. However, in the details of the description, the 3rd was the living room and the listing stated a queen pullout sofa and a queen blow up mattress. When we arrived, there was no pullout sofa, and 2 blow up...

“Cottage was lovely. Could have used direction for heat….. could not get it to come on. Also suggest having some hooks available in bedrooms and bath to hang up clothing items. Other than that the stay was good. ”

“Pictures are old...some items not on property per photos. Deck boards rotten, lots of weeds and not trimed as if someone took care of weekly. Owner passed along all contact to someone that is ver irresponsible to take care of needs, and not call or text back when told thry would and best way to contact them.For the price this efficiency is way over priced...beach area very nice...”
