“It was ok,the location was perfect- close to downtown and all the waterfalls and trails we wanted to see. It needs updating, the shower didn’t work in our room- only the hand held, the commode stuck every time flushed & had to giggle handle, no refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Have to pay xtra for refrigerator but don’t waste your money- it won’t hold but about 4 bottles of water. The restaurant on-site is a joke because you need reservations and the only one available was 9:00pm. We are 79 &...

“This property said they had free breakfast and free breakfast to go. ALL they had were mini muffins and coffee. We stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned the room. I had to call to request clean towels. Staff was friendly. I will pay more in the future to stay elsewhere where breakfast is a real breakfast and they do housekeeping daily.”

“After my room was cleaned, house keeping left my door open! Thankfully none of my belongings were touched but I had been out of the hotel all day! Very unhappy with this and won’t be starting here again. Although the property was very nice, this unfortunate detail was enough to turn me off.”
