“This hotel is really lucky to have such a great employee CONNOR as the first point of contact. He was so friendly, efficient, and professional to each and every guest. Beds are comfy, room and hotel clean. The only drawback is the hotel uses way too much air freshener in the common areas, hallways, and rooms. I had to open my window for a good hour to clear it out and that still didn’t get rid of all of it. Overall, I’d stay here again.”

“Utmärkt personal, trevliga och hjälpsamma. BWPlus ligger långt från Kansas City centrum, men staden har gratis bussar och spårvagnar. Med buss 47 tar det ca 60min in till centrum. Bra frukost men svagt kaffe som alltid i USA”
