“Good”

“The room was not actually clean. I found hair in the bathroom more than once that was not mine. The floor was dirty, towels were reused and the staff was not exactly friendly. They were giving suspicious stares, taking forever to acknowledge the guests and not helpful. The elevators in this hotel are terrible and the key "stopped working"..... Maybe they locked me out so they could finish cleaning the room. The cleaning staff were the only ones actually kind and helpful. Front desk not genuine....

“all ok”

“Perfekt läge fantastisk personal”

“Very nice! Simply perfect!”

“The hotel could provide a map to visitors to assist orienting the property and the neighbourhood-the property was well kept, all staff were courteous. I would suggest the bed is great for those with a bad back as it was hard as a rock. The coffee is amazing!”

“Fantastik utsikt från Indonesiens högst belägras hotell! Fantastiskt trevlig personal! Överväldigande Hotellfrukost, vi ville äta mer än vi fysisk kunde.”

“Great stay”

“Hotellet lever upp till allt som stod i beskrivningen. Personalen är verkligen i toppklass på att serva alla. Maten och frukosten är perfekt och skulle man önska något som inte finns är det bara att fråga. Rummet håller bra standard och städningen är perfekt. Liten men renlig och bra pool. Förvånansvärt tyst för denna stora stad.”

“The breakfast is excelent, lots of variety and tasty. Staff is helpfull and friendly. Amenities: No hairdryer Less towel”

“Outstanding! ”

“The employees were superb! Especially those manning the gentries. We were back and forth and they were always so pleasant. We even got their help for directions. Breakfast was ok. We understand that it’s a service apartment so we were not expecting much. The milk could have been better though. Too watery.”

“Bra centralt läge, rent rum”
