“Pros: Nice rooms, comfortable beds and a good buffet breakfast with a variety of choices. When I arrived I asked about an Ice machine, was told it was by the elevator. Cons: No ice bucket in the room was told because they're ECO friendly.???? Inconvenient for the customer to run back to the front desk to get an ice bucket. “The staff were all very nice but there are stupid rules that the front desk can’t give long stay guest sheets, the request has to be made the day before? So odd. Other than that it was pretty good”

“Very clean and new looking and breakfast was great!”

“Hotel hallways were dirty, paper and stuff on floor when you first step into the lobby Just did not look clean. Room wasn’t bad”

“The gentleman that worked there he was very nice and very helpful. The room the first one I was put into it had a cockroach in it. the second room was fine that I was placed in however, there were no towels, so supposedly they’re always in laundry and out the floors in the hallway it does not look like it is been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time It’s not well kept and a lot of the doors are kept open like the latch keeps the door open for the rooms that are available the property itself. It...

The room was horrible. Located at the first floor and not very soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway and the lobby. The furnitures felt old and outdated. The room didn't smell good and was dark. Tv was old and not modern. Cleaning was ok, not so good. Breakfast was below average. Staff not so friendly....
