“It was very outdated for the amount of money they charged carpets had stains on it. Just an old hotel needs a facelift. Staff were pleasant.”

“Easy check in/out. Pleasant clerk.”

“The property & room was very dated! The room was clean but in desperate need to be updated! & the staff were nice. Will not be staying here again. It’s a shame because the location was great. Was probably a nice place 40 years ago!”

“Sunset view was beautiful from our room.”

“Not a fancy or modern place but I slept well on a comfortable bed. I would have been grateful for fruit or yogurt or some healthier breakfast options but the coffee was good. The front desk staff and the housekeeper were both lovely.”

“Beautiful updates and friendly helpful staff. Very convenient to excellent dining options. Particularly enjoyed the breakfast options.”

“Overall a decent hotel Had to unplug fridge as it was making noise trying to sleep Great location for heading up to 1000 Islands”

“The shower was awesome and I hated to get out. Loved there were ladies watching and cleaning the breakfast area. The room just felt so much better than other hotels I've stayed at.”

“I absolutely loved everything about the property. I can probably take the responsibility for the fact that it appeared to me that it was going to be closer to the river then it was. It is on the river. My room was a couple hundred yards down the hill to the river. Not a big deal for me could be for others”

“Rock Ledge motel was very close to Alexandria Bay for walking and catching tours. Pet friendly is always a concern and our pup was welcome here. I love the charm of older establishments, and appreciate the hard work it takes to maintain and improve them. The room was spacious and clean. We rented a king bedrooom. It provided all that we expected for an older motel. The staff was friendly. The area felt safe and quiet when we stayed there 3 nights in September.”

“Loved our stay in this very ciean, friendly, very comfortable Inn”
