“If I could do zero stars I would. Booked this hotel room, tried contacting front desk to make them aware of a late check in, and never got a single response. I called on at least five different occasions throughout the day, and I got NOTHING. Called Expedia and explained the situation to them. They said that they’d forward a email and try to get it resolved for me to cancel since I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone. “We were given a tour of a mini area with exotic animals the woman who took us was very friendly and informative. The facility we stayed in was very nice and cozy . They had a restaurant literally a few steps away and you can order food they actually take to your room . I highly recommend to anyone trying to breathe and get away from city life”
