“This is really a special place. The fact that the place was built as a palace (btw still being used by the Raj) speaks for itself uniqueness and quality. The services are outstanding and the personnel are really making you feel welcome and truly special. Food was amazing.”

Bra”

“Very clean & comforting hotel. Quite & nice bed. Exellent service & big nice breakfast. Good bar & nice spa. The only thing not so good was the food in the evening, very tasteless but stay here and eat somewhere els”

“Expensive restaurant and bar menu”

“It was fine.”

“The property is ok. The personnel was very helpful and kind. Yet it needs upgrades and is not what is advertised on the website. A 3 star property. Location is great though and the garden nice.”

“Amazing location in the center of town.”

“The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and courteous; however, the pool needs maintenance and a good cleaning—it's a shame there's been this neglect.”

“This property is in the neighborhood you want to be. We actually moved from another hotel because it was too far away. Comfortable bed. Great view at value price. So happy we moved here.”

“The hotel staff were excellent they kept in contact prior to arrival and met the tuk - tuk at the end of the street to welcome us. They offered chai on arrival and were able to assist with money exchange. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy with AC / Wi-fi, the roof terrace had a great view of the fort. Breakfast was simple and just what was needed before a sightseeing day. Would recommend if anyone is visiting Jodhpur.”

“Clean room, Great Food and Great service”

“Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....
