“Endast en övernattning men vi valde hotellet för att de hade frukostbuffé ! Vilken besvikelse när vi kom upp på morgonen och får en påse med en muffin och en sockerbars samt vatten. Det borde stå tydligare att frukost inte serveras pga av covoid-19 ”

“Extremely convenient, clean, staff was very nice, loved the REAL coffee pot - not a Keureg, full size refrigerator. It was reasonably priced and as I had to stay for a week, this was really important. Issues: microwave didn’t function, the knobs on the stove had been removed and there was no hair dryer.”

“The elevators were not working I told the receptionist that my knees couldn’t make it up 2flights of stairs she hunched her shoulders and said to you want to voids out your payment! After finally making up to the room I went to the bathroom pubic hairs were all over the toilet seat and in the shower!”

“I like the breakfast especially when traveling w kids. The staff was very nice and attentive.”

“At first it was overbooked and we might not get a room but eventually we got one. When we finally got it it turned out that the sheet was dirty and not changed(maybe pee on it) and no pillow cases, after notifying the desk it was fixed fast but have no idea why there was kids, maybe husband and other in our room while they fixed it. There seems to be drugs around but I am not sure. ”

“This post is not about Tru, thiabis a bad experience with expedia. I book this a week prior by accident. I bought the 9 dollar insurance as well. I booked the wrong date, it was completely my fault, I was unable to file a claim and expedia would not help me. They blamed it on the hotel and told me some one would reach out to me in 2-3 days from our conversation. That was last Monday. I will becanceling my expeida account and spend my money elsewhere were.”

“I loved the location. Every place I needed to go was near and easy to get to. I also loved the fact that there was a variety of restaurants near by as well. Quiet atmosphere and welcoming staff. Definitely will be back when I'm in NC.”
