“Enda minuset här var att om man kom till frukosten när det var en timme kvar av öppettiden så var fanns det mindre att välja på och det fylldes inte på inom rimlig tid.”

“Bathtub was hard to enter for my 92 yr old mother. I had to help her in and out of the tub. Changing the shower to handheld was very hard for me so she could use it. Was way too far up for a 5’ person. I had to climb on the edge of the tub to make the handheld work.”

“Safe, clean, nice staff, good breakfast. This is still a cheap motel, but if you know thats what your paying for you are not disapointed.”

“Key pad was a bit troublesome to enter the code, but not terrible. Great area. Perfect for what we were looking for. Close access to downtown and the Y where we had our 40th reunion. ”

“The property is well taken care of and within walking distance of Downtown, although Laurel is a very drivable town. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Needs some maintenance but it is an old building. Area around outside balcony kind of ratty…no scenery at all. But was conveniently located and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen all good. Bathroom good. Had a lot of rain while there….several interior leaks. Advised staff….no response. Tornado warning nearby. Should be info to view on where to go for cover in event of tornado approaching. Beware to older folks: stairs extremely steep!!! Be careful!! ”

“The room was clean and the stay overall was excellent. The only negative mark against the room is the lack of a window. That was shocking when checking in. Location is right in the middle of downtown, so there are shops and restaurants within feet of the entrance.”

“This was a great place. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, except for an occasional train whistle. Which we thought added to the ambiance. Nicely furnished. Kitchen looked well stocked with necessary cooking items. Although we only made coffee during our stay. There were good places to eat in the area. You can see the Scotsman’s workshop from the VRBO. Parking was free and adjacent to the unit. Highly recommend.”
