“Very nice place, everything is new and updated. Close to Dyersville, we were in town for a baseball tournament.There was a bad storm that went through with tornado warnings and Nick checked in on us to make sure we were safe and that we had power. We were also able to check in an hour early which was very nice. Nick was responsive to my messages. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is the second time at this house. We very much enjoyed our stay again and appreciate having such a great option when visiting our family in the area. It was very comfortable and loved seeing all the flowers surrounding the house. We hope to return again in the future!”

“Beautiful new hotel!! Rooms had plenty space for a family of 4. Bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and had great lighting! Beds were super comfy! Definitely will stay here again!!”

“Stayed for a 4 day baseball tournament at Pleasant Meadows and this house made the entire tournament relaxing. The house was super cute, comfortable and have everything we needed to wind down from and prepare for a day of baseball. Owner left great recommendations for food and things to do. They were very prompt answering any questions and it is close to EVERYTHING! Definitely a go to house for a quiet yet convenient vacation.”

“The apartment had what we needed. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Close to the cute town of Marion and lost of restaurants.”

“John is a great host. He answers all questions and gives information about not only the home itself but also he let us know that there would be road construction when we were there. It was very helpful to be aware of ahead of time.The house and property was just as he described it. We enjoyed the land around the house especially the big fenced in yard for our dog who had plenty of space to run outdoors. We were pleased to see so many deer on the far side of the property each morning as well. It...
