Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری) Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . “ The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. “A modern hotel in the heart of Karachi. Spacious and clean rooms, polite and helpful staff. A very good value for money. I would absolutely stay there again. ”

“The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites.”
