“We had a generally great stay at this Country Inn and Suites. A standout feature is the touching veterans memorial in the lower lobby. The 24/7 coffee and tea station paired with free cookies at the front desk was also a fantastic, welcoming touch. Our room had some nice perks, including a mini-fridge that was decently large compared to standard hotel sizes. There is an in-room coffee maker, though it uses loose grounds and brews a small cup. “There were nats all over in the room. The shower door did not close well and water was all over the floor. The ac unit was dirty. There were no accessible plugs near the desk. The front desk was in disarray with open boxes and I had to wait for someone to check me in. Could not use the name and room number for WiFi and had to call for a special code to access. Will not stay again”

“Was a little hesitant because it was so cheap! But it was great! Rooms are clean and the whole hotel is clean. Easy access to many restaurants and highway. Mini golf course right across the street and a Casey’s gas station that you can walk to. I have only one complain. Not even a complaint just a suggestion It’d be nice to have a full body mirror. That’s all. If our band is iGrand Rapids again next year we are staying here again for sure!”

“I’ve stayed at this location a few times and it’s always a great experience. Close to local places to eat. Friendly and helpful staff. The parking, and walking to the parking structure during the colder months are the only drawback, but it hasn’t stopped me from staying here.”

“Our room was disgusting. There were hand prints on everything. Doors were covered in dirty hand prints. Lamp shade had so much grime on it. The bathtub was black and took over an hour to drain. We only stayed for a couple hours and decided to drive home.”
