“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved. The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“Stayed there for a week. The tv was old, limited tv channels. I wished it was better communication about them not being able to provide a microwave in the room. I wasn’t told or updated about anything till I asked when I checked my room and there wasn’t any. Also one of the elevator broke that day. Used the elevator in the dark. Creepy. “Everything was wonderful!”

“CONS- Dont like the fact that you have to go through a machine with a person on the screen to check in instead of an actual person at the desk. The whole lobby smelled very strong of paint. Half the channels on the TV did not work. There were holes in the walls of our room and half the ceiling had what looked like mold all over it. PROS- The breakfast was decent with waffles and biscuits and gravy. The front lobby does look nice and welcoming.”

“Easy check in. Great location. Will book again!”

“Breakfast was not great. They didn’t even have regular creamer or half n half for the coffee. Just a few nutigrain fruit bars and honey buns.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony room we originally booked had been overbooked so we were upgraded to a king suite which was very nice.”

“Plastic utensils for the breakfast was a step-down for Hyatt”
