“We were just driving through and stayed one night. Unfortunately there was a football game the next morning and the room was extremely overpriced for what it was. We assume based on the quality the price was higher than normal. Breakfast was just OK. We had no hot water at the sink (there was hot water in the shower). We checked in late and I was going to ask for a discount due to having no hot water in the sink, but there was no one at the check out desk when we left. There was a sign that they...

“Jättefint hotell i hjärtat av Knoxville med gångavstånd till allt. Alldeles runt hörnet ligger Market Square där det finns gott om härliga restauranger. Fint och rymligt rum. Härlig takbar på översta våningen av hotellet.”

“Absolutely filthy. Cockroach in the bathroom. Drain flies all over the sink area. The bathroom was so bad we didn’t use it. The room smelled musty and disgusting. Was in town for Tennessee game and should have paid the extra money for a clean hotel. The only reason we didn’t change hotels was because we got in at midnight. Do not go here.”

“I’ll give them a review Do not stay here. Despite what the positive reviews claim, this property is horribly maintained and severely neglected. “Känns tryggt och lätt att parkera. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rena och fräscha rum. Dom va toppen. ”

“Expensive for basically a bed. Sink was plugged. Beds and pillows.so-so.”

“Great hotel, beautifully appointed rooms with a great central location.”

“Breakfast-eggs had a funny texture. No bacon. Not a big deal as the thoughtfulness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room more than made up for the “meh” breakfast.”

“All good.”
