“I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...

“Everything was really nice and cozy. Only 1 recommendation..add non slip pad under kitchen mats. It was a great place to stay. Very clean!!!! We would definitely stay there again if we were in Parsons. ”
