“Look, you get what you pay for... this place was not worth quite that. The room was OK (e.g., bed and chairs) but that was about it. The TV had 4 channels (only) that pixelated/froze every few seconds, The plumbing needs a lot of work, The room does not have "heating controls" - but rather just a knob that turns the (loud) heater on or off... The walls are thin enough that I could hear conversations from 2-3 rooms away... My overall review... Ouch.”

“Fint boende i centrum av Scranton. Områdena runtomkring kan dock bli lite mörka när solen går ner, dålig belysning i vissa områden och skumma människor i rörelse. ”

“+ Trevlig personal + Centralt + Bra frukost + Gratis parkering i P-hus - Väldigt slitet hotell - Dåligt underhållet med smutsiga mattor mm - Dålig belysning i rummet och trasiga glödlampor - Högljudd AC, som även läckte vatten”

“They only clean ur room if u stay more than a 3 days after the 2 day sleeping w mens is nasty imagen 3 day without cleaning Also u can hear second or 3 floor people walking, jumping, moving anything happening in the 2 floor u can listening in your room like is in your room meaning poor building construction or maybe cheap construction breakfast was good and first day in the room was good not the sec day pool was super cold for the weather Jacuzzy was empty not., I do not recommend it”

“El lugar es horrible apestoso a cigarrillo, no sirve para nada. El desayuno es pésimo, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Lo que hice fue que gasté mi dinero. Mala administración”

“Clean and spacious room. Bathroom was clean. Friendly and pleasant staff. Breakfast was great with lots of nutritious food to choose from. Will definitely stay at a Springfield suites again in the future. I would give it a more than 5 stars.”

“We had a late check in and the staff was great! Super welcoming and helpful! The room was perfect. Would love to stay here again!”

“Helt ok hotell på väg mot Niagarafallen. Dock lite svårt att hitta, GPS:en visa de fel, men hotellet är stort så det syns från vägen. Typisk amerikanske frukost, inget nyttigt med andra ord. Fettfri sockerbomb till yoghurt och våfflor. Mycket trevlig personal.”

“Good, clean and affordable hotel. Not the best surroundings for taking a morning walk but super close to the expressway. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok, especially the waffles. To bad they only used plastic knifes, forks bowls etc etc. Not the best for the environment. All in all, a good hotel. ”

“Room clean, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast could have a little more variety.”

“Bra stort rum, sköna sängar. Kändes rent. Trevlig personal. Dock gjorde de fel några gånger vilket är lite trist. (Missades ge oss frukostkuponger så vi fick köa flera gånger). Inte så bra med frukost över disk, önskar buffé. ”

“Good staff, good breakfast , clean..close to everything you need it..”
