“Great staff! Florencia at the front desk was so helpful with hiking directions, food recommendations and so many other questions she answered with a smile. The location can’t be beat— nice rooms, loved the balcony. Highly recommended”

“The breakfast area, very nice view”

“A nice hotel in a good location close to the main street. Friendly staff and good cleaning. Only complains is that it is very noicy, you can hear the room next door very loud and clear. Otherwise no complaints”

“Very kind staff, nice hotel, good rooms, would recommend 👍 Thanks 🙏😊”

“this was a great choice, the cabin was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed from the coffee maker AND the coffee, to the spacious upstairs. andrea who was at the desk gave us a whole rundown on the town and the trails, googling the weather forecast for us to help us plan what day to do what trail. she gave us info on what restaurants and markets were open (we went in the winter when most things are shuttered). she also gave us a later checkout which was really helpful. all in...

“Trevlig personal, helt ok turisthotell. Men ”

“Värdiga och hjälpsamma värdar. Mycket vackra interiörer”

“Outstanding service overall. The hotel restaurant is great (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Very nice facilities and beautuful views.”

“While it was my first visit to El Chalten, I could just sense that Destino Sur is the best hotel in town. The entire hotel provided an excellent ambiance mixing both classic and modern tastes. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Loved the wooden floor all around. Staff were most helpful answering all the questions and requests with courtesy and friendliness. Food at the restaurant was a top class. Sauna and jacuzzi provided relaxing after an intense hiking. Location was great close to all...

“Super cosy with wonderful staff. Breakfast was homemade and served at table. Magical garden. Quaint and cosy.”
