“This is your typical Michigan cabin. It was clean, had everything you needed for cooking and relaxing. It is very quiet with woods everywhere. Great firepit. Very relaxing. It is close to towns, food and beaches. The fall colors were beautiful. We would book this again for great weekend getaway. If you are looking to be on the river with a dock, you have to walk a little distance. This is not on the river”

“This house and property offered my family everything indicated. From the accommodating house to the peaceful surroundings. The lake was as tranquil as expected from the photos. Our grandchildren and children found the paddleboat and boards fun and provided expected relaxation. I'm not sure my family could have found a more pleasant place to stay as we wanted quiet. “Wow, this place is central to so many great spots. In one week we did so much around the area. My 2.5YO and 6YO loved the property. The water is shallow all the way out to the buoys. My 6 year old and wife walked out to the buoys 4x. My 2YO loved playing in the water but mostly loved digging in the beach on the property with all the provided toys & tools. “Perfect location. Short drive to everything that we were looking to do, kayak, beach, shop, wineries, restaurants, trails.The cottage is exceptionally well stocked. Clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive for all our needs. He even messaged us to warn of a storm coming in.Most important to me is that our dog was welcome. There is even a poop bag dispenser.”
