“Great stay”

“The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The biggest issue is that the building is very old, and needs repairs. The first room we were given didn't have a working AC. The second room had an amazing AC, but no blankets. Just the cover and sheets. My husband was fine, I was freezing. Rates were reasonable, and I am grateful, as it was a last minute trip.”

“The lady at the desk was rude. I couldn’t hardly understand her. And she kept saying the same thing over and over. Then I initialed the paper and she stated that I didn’t do it right. I told her last, my initials are LL and they do look like check marks. But they are the way I sign my initials. She then gave me one key and told me for the 5 th time, when I checked out pick the key in the bowl. I think more education and make English would help.”

“Absolutely beautiful property filled with peace and history! Just lounging in the cabin and on the porch with the animals was worth it but the pool was just amazing and super clean. Hope to go back soon for another restful weekend.”

“The host and property were incredible. Andi’s cabin is very clean, and well stocked with everything you ever need. We had visited for our 10th anniversary, and needed to get out for some much needed peace and quiet. This a great place for this. We were greeted with amazing homemade baked goods. The walks within the property were wonderful amongst the variety of animals. We will be returning.”

“This place was wonderful! There were so many touches all over that made it clear they have thought hard about how to make a nice stay for their guests. My mobility limited parents loved the spaciousness as there was room to move (or turn around) with a cane or walker in the bedroom and bathroom. (Note: there are only stairs into the house but we knew that ahead of time and made it work without problem). Having stayed at most of the hotels in Lampasas with mixed and not glowing experiences this...
