“Staff was very helpful the room was clean”

“Nice cheep rooms that had nice standards. God service from Staff. God including breakfirst buffé.”

“The pool was okay! Overall this place is terribly run down with aircon leaking, tv not functioning in dome rooms, no safe box, toilet ceiling leaking, bath water stagnant at bathing time! This hotel is totally outdated! What shown in all the website is not even near the ambience It had. I’m totally disappointed for a hotel that claims to be 4star. “I think the property was excellent overall, it is a beautiful hotel and looks like no expense has been spared. WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. ”

“Location is very nice view, enjoy with family and children’s”

“Tout était parfait dommage que notre voisin de chambre s’est montré trop bruyant tôt le matin (appels téléphoniques, télévision, crachats). Nous avions une chambre qui peut communiquer avec la chambre voisine. ”

“Hotellet behöver uppdateras, men det kommer nog ske inom kort enligt dem. Maten var bra, och rummen var bekväma. Det bästa av allt är servicen och personalen. Måste vara de bästa personalen jag träffat av alla hotell jag besökt. Rekommenderas varmt!”

“The staff were phenomenal. I chose a sea view room, and was blown away by not only the view, but the quality of the room overall. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and there were events to keep us entertained, as well as several food and drink options within easy walking distance - Marley's Signature was particularly noteworthy. I'll most definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful stay. A big thank you to the entire team at Novotel Lampung!”

“Kamarnya ok. Kmr mandi sedikit tua. Hotel dekat dengan pusat kota 👍👍👍”
