“Had a nice stay here. The property needs maintenance in the rooms around the AC/heating units- plaster is chipping away around them due to probable moisture. However- there was a gentleman originally from Welch, West Virginia attending the front desk that was an absolute joy. I may be biased- a WV native myself- but he was just wonderful. I regret I didn’t get his name, but he and the lady who worked nights on Friday 10/16/26 are to be commended for their exceptional customer service. Both...

“The staff only set our key cards for 24 hrs so every night we had to get new keys. Don’t know why Carpet in hallways was terrible it doesn’t take much to clean carpets. The rooms carpets weren’t the best either. Staff was great friendly and nice breakfast was pretty good.”

“Nice place.. very convenient to carowinds”

“Comfortable beds and the ac was cold! Water was hot! The take away breakfast was okay. I mostly care about a dark room, comfy bed and hot water consistency. The check in process was fine. When we were checking out there was an angry guest because they wouldn’t let him check in early…. Imagine feeling entitled to check in 4hrs early on the fly and yelling about it… front desk girl stayed calm and I was impressed.”

“We stay here every time we come to see our family. Always excellent on every level!!”

“We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!”

“Overall the hotel was great”

“Rent och fint hotell med bra service. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och Fort Mill är ett trevligt samhälle med mkt matställen i närheten ”

“My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this campsite. Everything included made the trip stress free and we got to fully focus on fun and relaxation. Great campfire, lights, trash can, grill everything included. And the four stars on cleanness is only because of the grill but I’m sure that’s difficult to maintain outside overall 10/10 for real . ”
