“Lovely reception staff, breakfast was a bit over-hyped though.”

“The on site restaurant and bar were a welcome feature after a long day hiking.”

“The motel is held by a bank so little to nothing is being kept up. The pool is closed and the tarp is no longer stretched across the pool. Looks terrible and may be a safety hazard. Staff is doing the best they can but they can’t do much with old, worn furnishings and gray well-used towels.”

“The new owner is wonderful! The whole trip was just perfect. The historical home was beautiful, well maintained, an antique lovers paradise. We feel very fortunate to have found such a treasure for our little get away! Jeanne was a delight and her hosting skills are amazing with a delicious breakfast, awesome charcuterie and wine, and tons of ever growing knowledge on Trinidad. Will definitely be back!”

“It was a very nice place to stay at on our trip.”

“Super super cute place. It’s fun to just walk around and look at everything on the wall then get a good laugh. The house had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the main street you can smoke weed in the house. Doesn’t get better than that! And our there dogs absolutely enjoyed it as well.”

“Very peaceful”

“It was really nice inside. The steps are a little narrow and steep”

“Stunning location. Private with great short hikes through private land. Hosts were delightful.”

“Vivian was very professional and available at all times for any information. Cozy little cabins in the foot hills. 25 miles from town!! Pack supplies according. Very secluded park. Log cabins were very nice”
