“It was frustrating checking in using a kiosk. It took longer than a normal check in. The room had a terrible smell that hit you as soon as you opened the door. Very poor air quality that set my allergies off. The room was dusty and the floors were dirty and sticky. The coffee and ice containers were dirty with what appeared to be bug droppings. We needed a quick stop and place to sleep while traveling. Very disappointed”

“Chairs in lounge area were old and peeling. Room was ok. Our refrigerator didn’t work and they offered to bring a new one to us but never did. Unfortunately, there is only one other hotel in town. Hopefully better than this one.”

“While this home looks cute at first glance, it is absolutely not the 'Luxury' property advertised. Upon our Saturday evening arrival, the cleanliness was unacceptable: the living room rug was filthy, the kitchen butcher block had black mold, the freezer had old spills, and corners were full of hair and cobwebs. The shower was covered in pink slime, the patio furniture was too dirty to use, and backyard weeds were taller than me. Worst of all, every single pillow and mattress was heavily stained....

Kitchen had all the essential appliances, the bedrooms and bathroom were wonderful. We hiked everyday on the trails and took the kayaks for a short upriver journey. The river, fauna and flora were beautiful. We bought strawberries at a Grey Rock Farms, a close farm produce stand. The small town of Woodruff was close by and we bought...

“Nice private area”

“It's a good place to sleep. Staff was friendly. Room was adequate for sleeping purposes. It's not near much, so don't plan on going anywhere if you stay here. But for me, who just needed an inexpensive place to sleep, it was fine.”

“My Tactical partner and I needed a place to rest during the tactical games in Laurens. This place was awesome. Super clean, easy to access. It was a tad smaller than I thought but it didn't really matter since we just needed a cozy space to crash, get cleaned up, and eat our meals. I would totally recommend this place. “This property is easy to get to and very clean. The yard and inside home was very clean. They have everything you need for cooking and grilling. Everything was perfect for my birthday weekend. Will be renting this place again. The sunsets are gorgeous on the back deck looking toward the water. They have a boat dock if you have a boat. Just a nice place to go and relax very quiet area.”

“Property is a perfect 3/3, quiet, spacious, a nicely equipped kitchen and grill. Beautiful sunrises can be seen from covered back deck or dock as you listen to the roosters waking up, such a treat! Love that it’s conveniently located within walking distance to the Skippers Marina where we grabbed a quick bite, bought bait and rented a pontoon for a day on the lake. Andrew (property manager) was very prompt to respond and respectful with every inquiry. Very relaxing, enjoyable place to stay on...
