When this issue was raised, the responsibility was simply shifted onto the housekeeping staff, with the explanation that they had “forgotten” to make the bed and clean the shower. Such an excuse is neither professional nor acceptable. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of quality and service one should expect from your establishment. "Ligger nära en Metrostation. Stort och fint hotell med vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet var stort och luftigt med sköna sängar. Barnvänligt. Metron tar dig till Eiffeltornet på 3 minuter, ca 15 min att promenera om du hellre vill det. Lugnt område, kändes tryggt att promenera i området. Rekommenderar starkt! "
