“Great breakfast! This is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The pool was drained, the elevator was so touchy that it was not usable half the time and the beds were HORRIBLE. Yes bedsss. I tried 3 beds. I tried taking 2 comforters and folding them in half to soften the bed a bit but that really didn't help. The pillows literally smashed down to nothing instantly. I love holiday inn but there's no way I'm doing 4 days like that ever again”
