“Booked here on the way from the US to Montreal. Nice, large and clean room. However, the bathroom is not in a separate room - there is only a curtain separating the sink from the rest of the room. Not a very good solution (gets a bit noisy for no good reason). There are only sliding doors to the shower and toilet, not proper doors. Also not a great design (doesn't close very tightly). There is a very nice spa built together with the hotel. When we arrived, we asked if we could use it, and they...

We were not told that we would have to climb a lot of steps to get upstairs and the person on crutches slipped because of the ice which had not been cleared for us. I really wish the description had been more accurate so we would have been able to refuse this place because it was just inappropriate for us and very disappointing.”

“The cabin was perfect. Super cold outside but we were able to warm up nicely for a cozy, comfortable lazy weekend, watching movies, working a little and studying. Jumanji is so private... in the middle of nowhere, at least in the winter... but there is a great breakfast place down the street and an awesome place for dinner about 15 minutes away. Communication was great although barely required as everything was as listed in advertisement. We will be back for sure. ”

“Very private location (no neighbors on either side!) but within walking distance to parks, restaurants, and more. Walking next to the lake was beautiful. Our dogs enjoyed the stay, and it was very cozy and comfortable for the humans too. ”

“Place was as advertised. Pictures accurately reflected the property. It was very clean, abundant amenities, quality linen, towels, bedding. A few items to improve or make guests stays more enjoyable would be: curtains in the main area, leave instruction manuals for appliances on the counter. One hiccup was that only half the jets in the hot tub worked, a little disappointing. Also, ironically on the fridge there is a sticker telling to contact the company with any concerns or questions at the...
