“Hotel took money in advance and when we got there to the room the air didn't work and there was no more rooms open so we had to go to another hotel. At this point 14 days latter I still have not got my money back. The bad thing for this hotel is there was other people that had reservations and they to had no rooms and had to go to another hotel.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional, the jetted tub in the room was great. The only issue me and my husband had was the noise of other guest you could hear a lot people walking down the hall later night and at the pool past 9pm. It was hard to get sleep with all the noise and we could also hear the guest next door throughout the night and early morning walking around and talking. Maybe because our room was across the pool door the noise was extra loud but...

“I booked my husband one night at this hotel as he had a work training nearby. This morning I saw an $879 charge to our credit card. When I called to get an explanation the clerk said there was a note on the desk that he asked for 12 more nights! I was shocked. I said that wasn’t true and that needed to be remedied immediately. “Very clean rooms and very good staff and breakfast ”

“Love it it was very clean til we open the couch that turned in to bed and we found dog hair!!! But everything else was clean and there was no noises or foot steps like other hotels I have stayed”

El Agua tiene muy buena presión y siempre hay agua caliente…. Nos hospedamos tres noches y descasamos muy bien porque a demás de la comodidad, la habiataea a prueba de ruidos externos. El único punto a mejorar creo es el desayuno ya que no vuelven a poner las cosas que se van terminando, de hecho un día...
