“The breakfast was sorely lacking, but there is a wonderful cafe across the street. The price was right, the front desk attendant was great. I asked for extra towels and got them right away. It could have been a little more spiffed up and cleaned up, but all in all it was good. Oh, the pillows were big and hard. It was great for what we needed.”

“I first want to say the owners are very nice. I do think they wanted us to feel comfortable and welcome. The house is old and beautiful, my curiosity of growing up near this property made me want to stay here instead of Hampton Inn. The access to the living and dining room was appealing because my family still lives in keokuk and we don’t have anywhere big enough to relax and visit together. “Could not have been more pleased with this stay. Charming, Clean, Spacious, Full Kitchen and the access was easy to get into Highly recommend staying. Plus the voucher to the local coffee shop was great, has a wonderful smoothie and a few pastries which were delicious.”
