First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“My wife and I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. It shows signs that it has been recently renovated. The room was very spacious and clean, and clearly recently renovated. Bathroom was very clean and in good shape. The property doesn't look very good from the outside, the drive way is not well kept, but the reception is in good shape. They have a person there 24/7, which is unusual for this type of hotel. Location is not the best for Montreal, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel,...

“It was close to some restaurants and a Tim Hortons about 10 min walk. The room wasn’t cleaned very well when we arrived. Also the breakfast was ok just not stocked well”

“I had the same lady at front desk. Rude. Not friendly at all. Ignored me to the point I just put my key cards on the desk, I said “thank you for being so pleasant “ and left. I did approach two other ladies who were wonderful!!! I mentioned to them about the water leaking from the ceiling into the jetted tub in our room. We were asleep when we woke up to the sound of water dripping very close and fast. I had called the front desk last night at approx 10:30pm. He came took a look and mentioned...

“On Expedia it was written that I would get the entire home to myself and share with people in my party. It then proceeded to say that the living bathroom and kitchen are shareable. Then we got there and there is someone living there. When I communicated with the host he never mentioned anything of sharing it because someone was living there. “It could not have been any better. Stayed in 2 units as a family and enjoyed the kitchen, the decks, the peacefulness , the books and games for kids. Very quaint and enjoyable.”
