“Most of the staff was helpful, but unfortunately we had the following issues: 1. No working phone 2. No flushing toilet 3. No cold water 4. Pool non-functioning ("too low chlorine levels") during opening hours. 7. A rubbish bag being left in the room after cleaning service had been there!”

“Jättefin och ren hotell, bra frukost, väldigt trevlig service. Rekommenderas varmt.”

“Location is this hotel’s best feature and also a very good breakfast. Freshness and cleaning isn’t the best, espcially the windows. Staff could be a bit friendlier”

“Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff- close to the station.”

“There are rooms without AC; that room was unbearable when we were there on the warmest days ever recorded. We got to change to a room with AC, but the smell in the room was like we were living in a moist, unventilated basement. And the view was... to be kind, uninspiring. Overall, a good location. Nice common areas with history. Some rooms really need to be renovated!”

“A regular hotel that could have been much better if two things regarding the room improved: the insulation between rooms and adding ventilation to the bathroom. The room had two passages to adjacent rooms with absolutely no insulation. If someone talked normally one could here everything from the other side. When showering there is no fan removing the moisture. ”

“I received a very cute, clean and beautiful room. The spa was wonderful, and the location was also excellent. However, a strange siren went off at night, and around 3–4 a.m. the noise from garbage collection trucks woke me up, making it hard to sleep. If you are sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind.”

“Okay, but it could have been cleaner, the breakfast was alright, but not much to choose from - the bacon was good. On our second morning it was a bit more people at breakfast and it became chaos - running out of mugs, plates as well as food. It was very humid inside the hallways as well as the room and windows needed to be open all the time. There was nowhere to hang off coats. Only bath towels, no hand towels. The room felt very austere and bare. One could hear everything from the hallway,...

“I had a single room for 3 nights. The room was perfect for one. The place was spotless and comfortable. I will definitely be returning.”

“Good”

“Good price. No USB plugs. Under construction. Good location. Complicated entry. Broken shower. Noisy area.”
