“From the moment we arrived, the mgr or owner, kept harping on the fact that I’d selected the wrong date/s. I apologized & explained I’d been driving however he continued to chastise me. When we were finally given keys, the room we had had a plumbing leak from the bathroom into the bedroom. It was so late and I had a job interview that morning so we slept in a room with a sopping wet carpet. Right before check out, the managers wife came storming in the door announcing at the top of her lungs...

“No hot water or water pressure in the shower. Also mold and broken elevator”

“This was a nice hotel for a one-night stay along Route 66. The room was clean and quiet.”

“I was nervous after reading some reviews but all in all our stay went well. Nice staff, room was dated but clean. AC rattles but was cold.”

“Clean and a unique experience but we had ants in the bathroom. Had no water when we got up but no one prepared us by letting us know a water main broke and there was no one in the office when we tried to ask. Had to call someone.”

“Clean room, good price. On Route 66, could make that the focus of the motel.”

“Steve is the best possible host. He has thought of every comfort and convenience and his bungalow is definitely the nicest place to stay in Cushing. It has very nice decor, great lighting, and it is completely quiet in a rural neighborhood. It’s my favorite getaway in Oklahoma.”

“I went to see my family and did not want to stay in a motel. This RV was great. I was able to have my family over, the hosts went above and beyond on anything we asked for. It’s well stocked, spacious and clean. It was nice to be able to walk down to the water. We will be staying there again when we go back to Oklahoma. Very sweet hosts!!”

“Awesome time here!! Place was great! Very clean! Amazing host!!”

“My daughter stayed in the cottage whe. She attended a wedding at the nearby Rusty Mallard. She thoroughly enjoyed her stay. The host was very responsive.”

“Jessica was a fantastic host! Great place to stay and great communication”

“Beautiful Location with great amenities. Host was great to work with along with providing great directions, as the location is a bit remote. The cabin felt spacious and cozy. Definitely will be back for an extended weekend.”

“This is a cute, rustic cabin on a big open property next to some farm animals. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching the horse and donkeys next to the property. 15 minutes from OSU.”

“We had a great time on out trip. The property owners were very accommodating and the property was clean. I would stay here again.”
