“Nice property for a quick stay. We had a large room with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen table was obviously in the wrong location when we came into the room. Oddly, whole place services were laid out for 4 people. We asked for wine glasses because the only glasses in the room held about 20 oz. But there were no wine glasses or juice glasses to be found. Nonetheless, a nice property if you are in the area.”

“This is a well maintained, cozy place to stay that's slightly off the beaten path yet close to everything in Los Alamos. Matt, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need, They're comfortable, and even a balcony view! I took advantage of the free guest laundry, which was helpful after I accidentally spilled something on my clothes. I would gladly stay again.”

“Mountain view’s were incredible! Kitchen has a full set of dishes, utensils, cookware, and a large refrigerator with freezer. Laundry in unit makes it perfect for long term stays. The host is awesome, he is eager to provide the best possible experience. This is a great place to stay especially if you’re in town for the lab!”

“Because I had never visited Los Alamos when the booking said the place was located in Downtown I had envisioned a more traditional urban city center and not such a small village. But that's on me. As for the Canyon Inn itself it was centrally located, clean and relatively quiet. I also wasn't quite expecting the room to be a extra room in someone's residence but it was spacious and more comfortable than I thought it would be. The owners were friendly but not intrusive. “This house was ideally located for exploring Los Alamos and the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well stocked, especially with coffee! One of the beds was a bit saggy and both the kitchen faucet and the shower head needs an update. We would consider staying here again, because overall it was convenient. ”

“This was a great location for our visit. The bus stop is close by, we could ride our bikes into town and it is in walking distance to the trails. We enjoyed a number of meals outside on the back porch. Sharon was prompt getting back to us when we had questions.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Casa Bear. Very relaxing, I enjoyed going outside and sitting in the morning, drinking my tea and watching the eagles soar above the canyon. Very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were very clean, well organized and they provided all the basics one needs to prepare basic meals. It is definitely a place we will return to when we go back to visit Los Alamos family.
