“Very central hotel with easy access to everything in Luzern. A bit of noise from the traffic in the rooms closest to the main street. Under renovation, my room was nice and recently done but everything was not in place in the room yet. Missed a smaller desk/table for work. Breakfast ok with fresh fruit but still quite basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Do not need new towels every day- spend a little bit more time on cleaning instead”

“The views from the room - over the lake and the mountains - are simply amazing! Big panorama windows in the room give you a chance to really enjoy the views. The room was newly renovated and very nice. Good breakfast - also with a view- and good service. Sun beds in the garden to enjoy the lake and the views. "Ett mycket bra boende, rymligt rum, rent och snyggt. Hotellet ligger mkt centralt, bara ca 10 min. från Bahnhof. Bra frukost och mkt trevlig personal."

"Smutsigt och nedgånget hotell som skulle behöva en totalrenovering. Som exempel var toaletten väldigt smutsigt med avföring kvar i toaletten och allmänt smutsigt på olika ställen. Lägg där till en incheckning som tog mer än 45 minuter. Det ska sägas att jag visste att detta var något av en budgetbokning, men detta var ett boende som det är skamfullt att ta betalt för. "
