No complaint plus for the price is another 5 stars. The staff was very helpful and they do follow up with you throughout your stay to make sure you are satisfied, I will stay here again in a heart beat,”

“The sheets seemed clean, the air-conditioning worked, and there wasn't any bed bugs that I found. However the mattress was stained and dirty, so was the zip up mattress cover. There were spider webs, mold, hair that was not mine, and dust. Cheap room, but not cleaned well.”

“Do not stay this property! It is not up kept at all. We walked into the room to find a hole in the wall, and the chair was covered in stains. We should’ve known at that point to turn around and try to get a refund, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We went down to use the pool and there was a film of foam on top of the pool. That evening, we went to make up the sofa bed and there were no sheets. we called down to the front desk as we were ready for bed and they said they were too...

“Nothing really one of the eyes on the stove didn't work”

“This place made me sick 2 nights was nightmare.. will never again this motel should be closed by the city… dirty and smells so bad … omg the wall there is mucus on it … the doors damaged The humidity is high hard to breathe.. I felt so stupid I did believe in pictures online before I booked.. Small insects”

“Check in was extremely busy , only one worker at the time, our room was clean but the air conditioning didn’t work, it was 87 degrees in our room, had to wait almost 3 hours for someone to fix it, next day couldn’t get breakfast because they were short staffed and ended breakfast an hour earlier”

“1-Bathroom was not in good condition- water on the sink didn’t drain properly, sliding door to the bathroom wasn’t warming at all, can’t slide at all, no floor math in bathroom 2-breakfast was good 3-pool and surrounding area disaster - enter into the pool at your own risk 4- remote control is nice and sticky, eeeuuuu 5- staff is good”

“The is hands down the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at in Michigan. Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Loved the rooms and the nice fixtures. Wonderful amenities, safe environment, clean property. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend! Can't wait until me next stay!”

“Check in was delayed by an hour. With no offer of compensation. Im tired of corporations acting like the customers are not important. Trying to squeeze every dollar for their shareholders. This isnt the forst time ive been dissatisfied with the hospitality industries. Its going down fast.”

“It is a tad older but the staff was kind, breakfast was good and located in a great place; easily accessible. Arrived on Wednesday and left on Sat morning, would have been nice to have the trash emptied or fresh towels. Would book again though.”
