“Cute 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin. I wouldn't say it has a million dollar view (you have to walk to the road to see the million dollar view that is across the road). The only other issues were the bathtub drain - which drained VERY slowly; and two of the burners on the stovetop do not work. For the nightly rate, everything should be in tiptop shape. The upstairs beds were fairly comfortable and the mini splits did a great job of keeping the cabin cool. ”

“This is a very cozy, comfortable and quiet space. This cabin has everything you need and is close to restaurants and Elephant Rocks State Park. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thank you!”

“Overall a good experience. Some things were a little odd, like no top sheets on the beds. If you are picky about bathroom and kitchen supplies or pillows I would bring your own. The fire pit was great at the end of the day!”

“The room was very aesthetic and cute! There were just a couple of things we didn’t like being no sugar or cream for our coffee, the tv in the bedroom was low and the walking space was small so I hit my head on it 3 times, and the last day we were there the shower didn’t get hot- we ran it for over 10 minutes and it never got hot. We really enjoyed the vibes and the mood setting lights. We wish the coffee shop downstairs had been available while we were there but we found another one close by!”

“It was seriously so cute! Nice & clean. Plenty of space & sleeping areas for our family of 6. Although, we didnt spend alot time actually in the cabin it was nice to come back to a nice cool place to relax for a bit and shower, after an entire evening in the rain (Friday) & full day of sun floating the black river (Saturday). I would highly recommend the Panthers Den to friends/family & if available next year we will be back!!! ”

Host responded promptly with any questions we had. Great place to unwind and be still and star gaze. Close to 3 great state parks we visited. And a Casey's close by for any last minute needs! So peaceful. Pet friendly too. Highly Recommend!”

“Our stay at The Olde Homestead made our fall trip to Acadia Valley perfect. It was ideally located to state parks and towns. The rooms were well furnished with everything that we needed. It was super clean and everything was in great shape. The bed and couches were comfortable and the kitchen and dining room served us well. The outside setting was nicely landscaped. Thanks to our hosts who communicated with lots of information. We would book again when we visit that area next time. ”
