“Although the hotel boasts an old world charm, it lacks the luxury it implies. The walls and doors are from yester year. Our stay was like a frat house with guests coming and going from their rooms all night, seriously all night. At most hotels this would be a minimal disturbance but with the paper walls and doors it was not ideal for restful sleep. I would avoid this hotel if you're a light sleeper. The $$$ does not equal the experience. ”

“Breakfast very good and excellent staff. We kept running out of things like, toilet paper, Kleenex and we never got our sheets change for over a week we stayed.,
Bathroom needs renovation as the bathtub had black mold around it.”

“We had the fire alarm pulled twice and there were security guards on each floor to try to manage very loud and noisy First Nations group who had been flown out from their community. The staff tried their best but it was just unmanageable. I had compassion for them, I can’t imagine my daughter her husband and 2 little busy boys being quiet in a small space. ”
