“This property was a hidden gem. Right on the shores of Lake Michigan with beautiful views from our room.”

“We stayed a week. Three days into the stay, I informed the front desk I would like the room to be refreshed. When we came back to the room, I found towels and bedsheets on the kitchen counter. Our dirty towels were still in the floor. The beds were not made. Toiletries were not restocked. I informed the front desk of the issues at checkout. I didn’t receive a follow up from the Osthoff. Also, we were unable to get the master bedroom temperature correct. Unit ran continually. I expected...

“Bodde på detta hotell under fyra dagar i juni och tyckte att det var över våra förväntningar. Det är inget lyxhhotell, men för ett hotell vid vägen, i en småstad i USA så var detta helt klart ett bra val för oss. Precis som alltid i USA så måste man ha bil för att komma någonstans eftersom detta ligger lite utanför centrum. Servicen var väldigt bra och vänlig och frukosten helt ok med amerikanska mått. Tänk om man skulle få slippa den obligatoriska heltäckningsmattan så skulle rummet kännas...

I almost asked staff to hand me a mop to mop the floor myself. It was bad with other people's hair on the corner. Really unacceptable. The rest of the room was fine.”
