“Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. ”

“Well-decorated home. Very close to town, and many homes in the area are “period” homes. Lots of antique shopping, but make sure to visit the Time and Measurement Museum. Wonderful visit to a great little town. ”

“This was a wonderful family stay! The location is perfect right next to the river for fishing and canoeing and a quick drive or walk into town to explore. So many fun things to do and see that are super close by. The house was so comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. It was great to drink coffee and enjoy breakfast on the porch. We can’t wait to come back! ”

“This home was a beautiful historical home nestled in the heart of downtown Jefferson. There are plenty of bedrooms for family and friends. The grounds were beautiful and having a golf cart to zip around town was a bonus. My favorite part was the large front porch with swing to sit, drink some ice tea and watch those passing by the home. It was minutes by car to the downtown area and the grocery store is across the street. I highly recommend staying in this spacious and welcoming home. I will be back and this is now my first choice for any future Jefferson stay. ”
