“Very nice owners, clean room and hotel.”

“We stayed in a separate house that we had for ourselves during part of our stay. We stayed in the master bedroom with private bathroom and had access to kitchen, living room, front porch. The breakfast was amazing, also included free water, wine, soft drinks and snacks. The hosts were incredibly service minded and helped us book tours and helped with local phonecalls. “This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. I highly recommend. I arrived late on a Sunday night and the front desk clerk was cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The room has more than one would expect for the price: two burner glass top stove, kuerig, sink with swivel faucet, and an actual fridge with separate freezer. The bed was comfy and black out pull down shade actually covered the entire window. I do have one suggestion for the owners regarding the bathroom... there is no where to put...

“The property was all that you would want to see in a historic home, but with a modern touch. Don’t forget to take the trolley tour, which includes a historic deep dive into the history of this home. The food was excellent in flavor and portion as it was served on an exquisitely preserved table. The garden was beautiful as well! Anyone that comes into town should stay at this bed-and-breakfast because it is only a block from the central downtown area.”

“Property was exactly as listed. Had a little confusing with payment because the property takes direct payment, but the host walked us through that and had us taken care of before our stay arrived!It is off the beaten pass slightly, but the area is secure and worth it!”

“We were in Jefferson for the Civil War Reenactment and this house was perfect for our stay. It was across the street from one of the reenactor encampment locations and a short, easy walk to the downtown area. Even though it was close to everything, it was quie6 and peaceful. The house is beautiful and plenty large enough for a fwmily. Check in, check out super easy. The owner is very quick to answer questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next year.”

“The cabin was exactly like it was described. The room was clean and well decorated. The cabin was right on the river. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the water. We were going to go canoeing, but the canoes were too heavy (for females) to carry to the river. There is some traffic noise, but the view and atmosphere makes up for it. We would definitely go back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Very clean, spacious, lots of historic relics. Amazing pizza place 2 blocks over! Convienent location to historic downtown. One thing that was missing were televisions the home had none, which made it hard with a toddler. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had.”
