“A beautiful, quiet cabin on the lake. If the weather is crummy you still have Gorgeous views of the lake, sunset and waterfowl. We got out on the lake in the paddle boat to explore the lake a little more. Kitchen is fully stocked (with kitchenware). Gocery stores are not too far away so it's pretty easy to pick up anything you may have forgotten. ”

“This house was perfect. Was nice to have a place to go in between games. Was clean, had everything we needed. Beautiful sunsets by the fire! Very friendly town here in Britton! ”

“The hosts were great--friendly and very responsive when we had a question about anything. We were extremely impressed with how clean this place was. From the floors to the counters and dishes, bathrooms and bedrooms, to even the windows and window SCREENS, the place was immaculate. Very soft towels and bedsheets, lots of extra blankets for lounging or sleeping with. The kitchen is well stocked with everything the listing describes, and then some! “This was my first time using Vrbo and it was fairly easy to navigate through the process (without too much help from my daughter). Roy Lake Landing has a good floor plan for privacy of bedrooms. The beds very comfortable. We made good use of the completely fitted out kitchen. Good view of the good lake from either upper or lower deck. We should have stayed two more days! Jim”

“Our stay was wonderful. We were just down the road from the boat dock and we could drop our boat in the lake very easily. We fished most days and caught a range of different fish. The cabin had a nice patio and deck that we could sit on and watch the day go by. We would stay again! Thank you to Phil for all your help and quick responses to all my questions. “This cabin is very homey and comfortable. We had ample space for our 2 families. Convenient location for traveling between Clear Lake and Britton. Shoreline is not swimmable this time of year due to weeds. Kids tried to fish off the dock but only caught weeds but still had fun. Plenty of parking space for 3 pickups and a boat trailer. Kitchen well equipped for everything you would need for cooking. Was nice to have a grill for burgers and brauts. Dawn was wonderful as far as communication...
