“Great staff. Loved the property and plenty of things to do.”

“Fint hotell som låg jättebra utifrån resans syfte. Helt ok frukost och personalen var otroligt service minded. Ett plus för gratis parkering då vi hade hyrbil hela resan. Härligt spa område som också ingick i priset. ”

“Well managed low budget hotel. Everything in the room was ok, I had a very minor issue that was fixed immediately. Toast, coffee, waffle, cereals for breakfast. Recommended if you just need an affordable place to stay and have reasonable expectations. ”

“The room floor looked dirty and bathroom had what looked like dried clay in the corners. I asked for an extra towel and I had to return the dirty towels to get an extra one. I called the front desk 5 times with no answer. When I finally got ahold of the front desk, I asked if I could do a late check out because we had some time before the wedding we were going to. “The staff was very accommodating !”

“It was very different from anything I've ever stayed in before. There was a cat inside the hotel and in my room the shower was missing the head and I found stink bugs in my room. Unpleasant stay.”

“Enjoyed my stay”

The place could have used a deep clean. There was a lot of dust on the blinds and some of the coffee cups in the kitchen needed a wash. Some surfaces of items were also dusty. We wished there would have been a common bathroom on the first floor instead of just the ensuite one. We missed having a Keurig....

“property was nice. No toilet paper and did not get my refund back. I was accused of breaking drawers under the bed which we were unaware that they were even their,. Working a dispute with Vrbo”

“Everything was what I expected and the communication was timely. Would stay there again if going to Oglebay Resort.”

“The Property was very clean and well stocked with essentials.”

“It’s nice place, nice house. Only one thing we found bathroom doors locks bad. All bathrooms doors were not working. Rest of the things are fantastic. It’s nice view outside close to everything.”
