“No microwave in the room: I know that is an 'add-on' in most places, but it is something I get regularly in much less expensive places... Room layout was not great.
Room does NOT come with breakfast, although an in-building restaurant is available -- with a relatively late start (7:00 a.m.). 'Fitness center' also has a late start (8:00); What business people would use something that intrudes that much into their workday?
I have previously stayed at three other motels in this same area;...

“This Budget Inn is no longer a hotel. I made reservations in May for a 2 night stay for July 26 and 27. When I arrived I was met by a family living in it who told me it was being remodeled as studio apartments and no longer a hotel. I had to seek out another hotel.”
