“Upon arrival and after receiving the keys for the room, went to my room to find it was dirty, like not cleaned from the prior guest at all. Went back to front desk, the gentleman helping me was very kind but they had no more suites available and was only able to stay in a regular room which was fine, they told me I would be compensated for the difference but have yet to hear back on anything. The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, but the new room we were in we found a pacifier under the table,...

“Bathroom door would not shut or lock”

“This hotel is our go to for every stay in norman. The price for this hotel never disapoints. The breakfast is always great and such great varieties.”

“The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.”

“My stay was okay the only thin”

“Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They did charge me anything when I brought my little chihuahua with me, I did have his kennel with me. Linens were all clean as well as the rest of the room and hotel. The deposit to stay was lower than anywhere else that In looked at. There wasn't breakfast but it made up for it by being clean and very quiet.”

“The pool and gym were both closed. The shower curtain and towels had holes in them. I tried to talk to a manager but no one was ever available and no one else could help. The place is run down and dirty.”
