“We stayed at El Rancho Hotel for one night as we traveled through New Mexico. We discovered its history while we dined in their restaurant. Our room was a total Rt66 nostalgia trip which we loved, from the wall digital phone to the working phonograph with albums. “We had a great stay here, the room was fresh, clean and quiet and we didn’t hear the trains others have been writing about in this area. The breakfast had nice waffles and a lady making omelets which was a big plus! We could do our laundry in fast machines. The only thing that is negative is the water, it’s somehow oily, but that might be in the whole area. So being drinking water if you don’t want to drink it”
