“We're celebrating our 26th anniversary and this place . This place made our experience magnificent. It was easy to connect with nature, and the interaction with all the animals was spectacular. Being able to touch and feed the giraffes was our favorite moment. The staff is very kind and helpful. The cabins are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. We will definitely return to this place as often as we can.”

“Don't sleep here, at least not on a Saturday. The rooms were good but our room faced some that played incredibly loud music until 2 in the morning so we didn't sleep well, which is the point of a hotel. They could have warned us, given us earplugs, another room and or compensation. No one should fool me that they didn't know anything. Apparently Backyard has gigs every Saturday.”

“Pros;The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Con: The breakfast is pretty much like a snack area. The hard boiled eggs and sausages are like rubber bouncy balls. It would be nice to have a cereal not covered in sugar, Busses and semis take all the parking spaces if you come in late at night. They should park across the street at the mall.”
