“The hotel was stunning from top to bottom, and the Staff was so sweet/kind and helpful!!! It truly felt like staying with family, that know how to decorate!!!! Ps. The turn down service was a sweet delight! Already planning when to go back!”

“Left around 9 AM, was gone for like 10 hours, came back and the maids hadn’t even touched my room. Fitted sheet was too small for the bed, so it kept coming off. “Comforter” was an old blanket sandwiched between 2 flat sheets. Both of my room keys quit working over the course of my 3 night stay. I’m not that picky, but this hotel was just as expensive as any other and it should be priced as the shabby, but super cheap option, you know?”

“Don't sleep here, at least not on a Saturday. The rooms were good but our room faced some that played incredibly loud music until 2 in the morning so we didn't sleep well, which is the point of a hotel. They could have warned us, given us earplugs, another room and or compensation. No one should fool me that they didn't know anything. Apparently Backyard has gigs every Saturday.”

“The room had wood floors which we LOVED. The bathroom had a rainhead shower and was modern in look and newly done. We loved it. Bed was comfy”

“Room smelled horrible. The air conditioning sounded like a space ship was taking off. Stayed the weekend and housekeeping never came. Our kitchen sink clogged and we never used it. Tv in our room didn’t work. ”

“Had olenty of activities for all ages, most things opened as soon as the sun was up so you hear kids laughing and playing. My kids had a blast at thr pool and the playground we also ate ice cream while truing our hand at the crane machines in the arcade. Cabin was awesome everytbing yiu need to make your stay co fortable. Our cabin had a coupke things broken/missing but wasnt a big deal still had a great spring break. Now we need to try the New Braunfels location. ”

“One of the rooms we got was not clean. It had ketchup on nightstand and blankets. There was hair in drain of tub. The bathroom smelled like vomit. Then the check in time for 3 pm did not happen. Which staff was apologetic on that but then this particular room was not ready until after 6 pm. Then we ran into the issues. The whole reason we got this place is for indoor pool and that was closed. Just wished we had been notified prior. ”
