“My companion & l stated for 4 nights at the Berbere Palace hotel. We were looking for a relaxing break & the hotel delivered just that. The room was clean & pleasant. Featuring all 5* amenities expected. Slippers, bathrobes, luxury toiletries. There was a coffee machine but we did not use it. The hotel was used mainly by Moroccan tour takers, many American & Japanese people. A lovely mix of nationalities weee present. Breakfast was amazing, during the day the pool was just about empty of guests...

“We arrived late (@11pm) by car. We were tired, hungry, and just plain worn out! As soon as we arrived we were immediately helped with luggage and shown to our room. "Hotel was as expected. I ordered a taxi in the reception. I got a price before I entered the car. At the airport the price was 50% higher. Main problem was that the drive refused to give me any kind of receipt and as it was a business trip this gives me extra problems to hand in my experience report. "
